Timeline
Confirmation email within 3 business days. Full account deletion within 7–30 days, depending on the checks required for your role.
What we may retain
Certain transaction, payout, fraud-prevention, tax, legal or security records may be retained for up to 5 years where Ghanaian law or our payment providers require it.
Prefer in-app?
Open the VeviGoo app → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. The result is the same — this web form is for people who no longer have access to the app.
