Acceptable Use Policy

2. Illegal Products, Services and Activity

You may not use VeviGoo to buy, sell, transport, list, promote or facilitate any product, service or activity that is illegal under Ghanaian law or the law of any jurisdiction where the transaction takes place, including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics and controlled substances
• Prescription medication sold without a valid licence
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives and other weapons
• Human trafficking, exploitation or forced labour
• Sexual services or adult services of any kind
• Any form of gambling, lotteries or games of chance not licensed by the Gaming Commission of Ghana
• Wildlife, endangered species and any product derived from protected animals
• Any activity that violates Ghanaian law, the terms of our payment providers or the policies of app stores where VeviGoo is distributed

3. Counterfeit, Stolen and Restricted Goods

The sale, transport or listing of counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or goods that infringe third-party trademarks, patents or copyrights is strictly prohibited. Restricted goods (such as alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, prescription medication) may only be listed by sellers who hold a valid Ghanaian licence and who have submitted proof of that licence during onboarding.

4. Fraud, Financial Crime and Money Laundering

You may not use VeviGoo to launder money, evade sanctions, defraud other users, or misuse the platform's payment, wallet or referral systems. This includes:

• Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment instruments
• Making purchases with the intent to reverse or chargeback fraudulently
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral, promotion or first-order incentives
• Colluding with sellers, riders or drivers to inflate fares, deliveries or orders
• Structuring transactions to avoid identification, tax reporting or transaction limits
• Using VeviGoo to move value on behalf of third parties without disclosure
• Submitting false KYC documents or impersonating another person

5. Abuse, Harassment and Hate

VeviGoo is a professional platform and every interaction must remain respectful. You may not:

• Threaten, intimidate, stalk or harass any user, rider, driver, seller, courier or staff member
• Post, message or transmit content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or nationality
• Sexually harass, solicit or make unwanted advances toward any user or worker on the platform
• Use slurs, insults or degrading language
• Post child sexual abuse material of any kind — such content will be reported to the Ghana Police Service and international authorities without notice

6. Fake Accounts and Fake Businesses

Every VeviGoo account must be linked to a real, verifiable person or business. You may not: create accounts using false names, forged documents or another person's identity; operate storefronts for products or businesses that do not exist; buy, sell or transfer VeviGoo accounts; run automated or bot-driven accounts; or misrepresent your role (for example, posing as a rider or driver without completing verification).

7. Misuse of the Payment and Wallet System

You may not: reverse legitimate transactions through chargebacks after receiving service; use the wallet system to move funds for third parties; deposit funds you do not own; misuse cash-on-delivery to receive goods without paying; solicit off-platform payments to avoid VeviGoo fees; or attempt to manipulate settlement, payout or wallet balances through technical exploits.

8. Misuse of Promotions and Referrals

Promotions, first-order discounts, referral bonuses and investor incentives may only be used as described in the terms of each individual campaign. Creating multiple accounts, sharing single-use codes publicly, coercing referrals, or claiming rewards for referred accounts that never make a genuine transaction is prohibited and may result in reclamation of paid bonuses.

9. Platform Security and Automation

You may not attempt to: probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any VeviGoo system without written permission; bypass, disable or circumvent security controls; access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to; run automated scrapers, crawlers or bots against the site or app; interfere with the platform's operations through denial-of-service attacks or excessive request volumes; or reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the VeviGoo apps.

10. Enforcement and Reporting

Suspected violations are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team. Depending on severity and history, consequences include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account removal, withholding of pending payouts, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities. To report a violation, use the public reporting form at vevigoo.com/report-abuse (anonymous reports supported), or email support@vevigoo.com (general) or compliance@vevigoo.com (legal, fraud, financial-crime). Anonymous reports are accepted but signed reports are prioritised.
